Chef Anthony is a Los Angeles native that lives in the Inland Empire. With goals of joining the financing sector, "The Chef" attended San Francisco State. During this time the calling to do what he was passionate about kept moving him towards the culinary world. Inspired at a young age his parents made him cook two meals a week at the age of 15. Little did anyone know that this was a snowball that rolled into what it is today. A passionate, dedicated and a creative Chef with the love of creating masterpieces.
Once Anthony Graduated from culinary arts school, he took up an entry level position at an upscale Latin fusion restaurant at Victoria Gardens. Working from the bottom no job was too small, every job is part of the bigger plan. This mind-set allowed Chef Anthony to work from the bottom to filling in as temporary Chef. With the demand for extraordinary cuisines, Chef Anthony begun employment at two Restaurants in Downtown Riverside. Splitting his time between the two and creating separate menus "The Chef" was born.
